EVM/Execution: refactor ExecutionOutcome.{reason, new_address, result}

Why

We want to replace ExecutionOutcome.{is_success, reason, new_address, result} by an enum as stated in #6664 (closed).

How

We introduce a new enum: ExecutionResult. This enum replaces ExecutionOutcome.{reason, new_address, result}.
