EVM: Bench: fix deposit scenario

Context

The benchmark scenario bench_deposit.js was not working due to a change introduced in !10735 (merged). This MR fixes the scenario with a message for deposit using the new format.

Manually testing the MR

node etherlink/kernel_evm/benchmarks/scripts/benchmarks/bench_deposit.js > inbox.json Next ./octez-smart-rollup-wasm-debugger --kernel evm_benchmark_installer.wasm --inputs inbox.json --preimage-dir _evm_unstripped_installer_preimages

Then do step inbox. Message for deposits should be outputted from the debugger.
