- Made display of included source directories be unambigous (previously relative directory paths were shown, but not which archive they came from if there are multiple archives).

## Bugfixes
- Fixed bug that would prevent mods with `RESTRICT="fetch"` from being installed. Introduced by changes to fetchability detection in v2.0_alpha4.
