Fixing ArgoCD links
What does this MR do and why?
Since argocd-notifications has been integrated into Argo CD and is now part of it, the argocd-notifications website has been shut down. The link to this page now results in a 404 error. Therefore, I'm migrating the links in the documentation to the new website
