feat(Layer): getPixel of a layer at coordinates

This is a draft MR, to get prixel color of a layer at coordinates. Is like i'am missing something, this work (check the example), but if you rotate the map, it doesn't not work anymore, do you have an idea ? As i used to work with picking, never faced this issue.

By they way, the example is for a quick debug, if you think it have is place here, i will provide a screenshot
