Highlight more that the default profile is the first one in list-profiles

When I implemented that latest sop specification, I overlooked that the default profile is the first profile listed in the list-profiles command. I simply did not check the PROFILELIST section.

Although this is currently clearly specified, I would suggest to highlight this more prominently by adding references. This merge request adds a reference in the list-profiles and the PROFILES section.
