Add TriggeredHEROCamera matching herosdevices

Description

This MR adds the TriggeredHEROCamera following the CameraTemplate from herosdevices.

The configuration is given via the set_config which in turn calls update_configuration and configure. Metadata is handled via arm and the identifier is included in the dict.

It adheres to the following idea:

  • arm arms the camera
  • start starts the exposure via the TTL
  • start and fire are aliases
