Exclude current Contabo object storage hosts

The domain for Contabo's Central US object storage (usc1.contabostorage.com) was flagged for phishing on PhishTank. Like numerous other S3/Object Storage domains on this list, it's one bad actor in a sea of legitimate users. In addition to the US domain, I've included the domains for their other regions just in case they're reported in the future.
