Draft: Makeself installer and static build env

Lots of work, lots of testing required.

Ideally, this installer should be tested at least under top "father" distros, Debian (tested), Fedora (tested), Alpine.

Sometimes, "variance" do make major changes, so maybe it's worth adding few popular ones, Ubuntu 24.04, Mint (latest LTS), xxx?, yyy?, zzz?.

For a test to pass, all below should be satisfied:

1. UI can be seen!
2. Audio can be heard
3. Search returns results.
4. Text input receive key events

Above steps exercise all components and deps!
