Add support for Lenovo Legion K510 keyboard

Initial commit for Lenovo Legion K510 keyboard.

I've tested this on Void Linux without any issues. There's no wiki entry yet, but if desired I can create one (should be pretty simple given that there's a working implementation of it here).

The K500 keyboard requested here (#1553) might work similar, but I haven't got the hardware to test it, so I won't touch this issue for now.

Reviews welcome, thank you for this awesome project!
