0.1.3: a card keeps the run's own time beside the log's `open` takes `started_ms` and `close` takes `ended_ms` (CLI `--started-at` / `--ended-at`, milliseconds or ISO 8601 UTC), each defaulting to the write's time. Listings, a prune's `older_than_ms` and a promotion's tiebreak are on the run's start; `compat` reads v0's `created_at` as it and gives it back on every row. The read model is `cards_v5`, and a store folded under `cards_v4` is refolded on open.
0.1.2: a listing row carries its tags, and an org/model id imports as… … a model `find`, `list` and `compat find` answer every row with the card's current `tags`, gathered in the listing's own statement (#1). `tools/import_v0.py` reads a v0 `model.id` with a `/` in it as a Hugging Face repo id, hence a model, rather than a flow name (#2).
