Adiciona testes de caixa-preta e caixa-branca de generate_fallback_webarchive_url, preservando o código de produção. Os casos cobrem URL ausente, data informada/ausente, preservação da URL, precisão de segundos e limites de calendário.
A contribuição inclui 12 métodos de teste, runner reproduzível e relatório com evidências em docs/ptoss2/wayback/. A cobertura da função passa de 3/5 linhas e 2/4 branches para 5/5 e 4/4.
Validação em Windows, Python 3.13.16 e Django 6.1.2: testes novos com 12 aprovados e 12 subtestes; suíte combinada com 1308 aprovados e quatro falhas preexistentes de limpeza de arquivos temporários em SingleFile (WinError 32). O baseline também apresentou falha/erro transitórios de Monolith. Ruff passou. Não se afirma que a suíte completa está aprovada.
