- Agentic SDLC — spec → human-approved plan → parallel agent implementation → cross-model review → deterministic gates (lint, typecheck, tests) → e2e → PR. I review and merge every PR myself.
- base-harness (Go, in progress) — orchestrator for a team of AI agents building full-stack apps. A PM agent agrees scope with a human; implementers work in parallel git worktrees; the harness runs the quality gates. Agents decide the content, the harness decides the execution.
- base-app — the full-stack template every client app at my company is built on: Bun, Hono, React 19, TanStack, Drizzle/PostgreSQL, Better Auth, Vitest, Testcontainers, Playwright.
