Adds RaceHooks, a commercial motorsport data and analytics API (docs: https://racehooks.io/docs), to Cross-Series and General Motorsport. I run the project. Contributing bar used: Websites, actively maintained with recent data. The section already carries other commercial APIs. Happy to move or reword it.

Thanks for the submission. The historical API, schemas and SDK are substantive, and paid services can qualify for this list. Please resolve the following before inclusion:

  1. Credential-storage documentation conflicts. Privacy section 1.2 says client secrets are stored only as hashes and cannot be recovered. Authentication section 3 says the client secret can be retrieved through an authenticated session, and the OpenAPI description says that retrieval requires CLIENT_SECRET_ENCRYPTION_KEY. These descriptions cannot all characterize the same storage path as written. Please explain which value is hashed versus reversibly encrypted, and align the policy/docs with the implementation. I did not request anyone's credentials or establish an authentication bypass.

  2. Listing scope: please label this as a commercial API and distinguish historical/public data from subscription-only live timing and custom ML outputs. For example:

- [RaceHooks](https://racehooks.io/docs) - Commercial motorsport data API with historical results and subscription-based live F1 timing and webhook delivery.

Please retain clear data attribution and usage restrictions. Model quality and paid delivery were not independently tested, so the listing should describe access/features without endorsing predictive accuracy or official FOM affiliation.

The current Cross-Series placement is appropriate. Please provide the corrected storage explanation and revised entry before reconsideration.
