Consoles.py

[mininet/examples/consoles.py](https://github.com/mininet/mininet/blob/master/examples/consoles.py) is a sample GUI-based application written with Mininet's Python API (and Tkinter). It demonstrates how to create and monitor multiple hosts and run ping and iperf between them.
