Summary

  • Removes minigraf-ffi/, minigraf-swift/, minigraf-c/, and Package.swift from the monorepo — all split into independent repos under project-minigraf
  • Removes 6 binding-related workflows (java-ci.yml, java-release.yml, mobile.yml, c-ci.yml, c-release.yml, publish-ffi.yml)
  • Rewrites cascade.yml: removes publish-ffi job entirely, dispatch-bindings now polls crates.io itself and dispatches to all 7 binding repos (3 Phase 1 + 4 Phase 2)
  • Cleans up stale [profile.release.package.minigraf-ffi] override from Cargo.toml

minigraf-binding-template GitHub template repo (no publish)

minigraf-ffi 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 are yanked on crates.io.

Test Plan

  • cargo test passes on repo-split-phase2 (962 tests, 0 failures) — verified by pre-push hook
  • All 5 new repos build and pass cargo test locally
  • Verify cascade dispatch reaches all 7 binding repos on next v* tag push
  • Verify minigraf-java publishes to Maven Central on first core-release dispatch
  • Verify minigraf-android AAR publishes to Maven Central
  • Verify minigraf-swift xcframework uploads to GitHub Release and Package.swift updates on swift-releases branch
  • Verify minigraf-c archives upload to GitHub Release
