Design spec for #594 (pseudo-attribute metadata depends on plan order) and #596 (expression binding a bound variable depends on plan order):
docs/superpowers/specs/2026-10-15-plan-independent-answers-design.md.-joinforms crossed only through join variables), resolved at parse time to hidden metadata variables; no source is the new PRS-081.Spec only, no code. Reviewed with Codex; findings addressed in the second commit.
