docs: v2.0.5 status line and test counts on v3 after #569 - #570

The main -> v3 merge (#569) kept v3's CLAUDE.md and README.md whole, dropping main's v2.0.5 status line and dependency version. Restore them, and count #567's two new tests: 1444 (1433 passing, 11 ignored).
