perf: committed scans look up every entity id in the DICT tree #530
live_scan → fact() → uuid_of does a DICT B+tree get per row to turn an internal entity id back into a UUID. At 1M facts it is about 35% of the attribute scan [:find ?e ?a :where [?e :age ?a]] (perf, bench profile, frame pointers). Most rows in a scan repeat a few ids (refs) or come in id order (entities).
Direction: a small id→UUID cache per scan, or resolve ids in sorted batches with one leaf walk; longer term, keep internal ids in the executor and translate only the projected columns (#473).

94 performance envelope (examples/perf_envelope.rs, results in docs/BENCHMARKS.md on v3).
