ubuntu-latest is now Ubuntu 26.04, where Playwright 1.55 cannot install
Chromium ("Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64").

ubuntu-latestis now Ubuntu 26.04. Playwright 1.55 can't install Chromium there (ERROR: Playwright does not support chromium on ubuntu26.04-x64), so the browser consumer test fails. It failed first on #15. This pins the browser row ofci.yml(which also runs at release) and ofverify-published.ymltoubuntu-24.04. The WASI rows are unchanged.
