Summary

Add a Python LangChain BaseChatMessageHistory example backed by minigraf==1.1.1.
Add a LangChain.js BaseChatMessageHistory example backed by minigraf@1.1.1.
Document prerequisites, run commands, and expected output for both integrations.

Closes #1.
