- Cross-package chi Mount resolution: a zero-argument chi.Router
constructor declared in a different package is now followed, its
routes surfacing once under the mount prefix.
- The Fiber app.Route(prefix, func(r fiber.Router){...}) callback form
is now followed, resolving the closure's routes under the Route prefix.
