Adds the Theia IDE (TOC entry, section and two screenshots). The Theia IDE is an open-source, vendor-neutral, AI-native IDE for desktop and browser and an Eclipse Foundation project. Bring your own key for any LLM, including local models. MCP support covers local (stdio) and remote servers with OAuth 2.1, installing servers from the AI Registry in the Extensions view, and MCP apps rendered inline in the chat. It is built on Theia AI, an open-source AI harness platform for building custom AI-native tools and IDEs.
