Closes #126

Adds a "Creating a Long-Term QR Code" section to the Flyer Design and Images page, just before "Why Use SVG?":

  • why to avoid dynamic QR codes from online generators, which can expire
  • step-by-step instructions for making a static QR code in LibreOffice Draw and in Inkscape, and exporting it as SVG/PNG
  • tips: use a stable URL, optionally add Matomo campaign parameters, and test the code before printing

@NeuroShepherd Any thoughts or suggestions? I have both installed so I tested it myself. Would you suggest getting the steps tested by the HiWis too?

Probably best to have one of the HiWis try this out, and see if there's any need from their perspective to improve documentation

Both Inkscape and LibreOffice Draw work for me, when I follow the tutorial. However in Inkscape I was unsure whether it is possible to only save the QR Code and not the file (with the background as a whole. It is possible to adjust the background/file format to "change the page size to fit content" and then save it as only the QR Code.

This is the only thing where I might have needed clarification.
