Closes #26489

  • Added provider configuration option spi-user-profile-declarative-user-profile-config-file to allow setting a default user profile configuration
  • As I'm not sure we want to force a build to set a custom configuration, I'm not changing build steps. The configuration will be read at runtime during startup every time. Perhaps a good thing to prevent people from using it in favor of a more optimized server. If you think otherwise, I can change the PR.

Looks good, but it seems that test failure are caused by this PR?

Also DCO check is failing.

Hi @pedroigor @mposolda

May I ask that do we have any documentation on how to use this flag for setting default user profile?
I am checking both Keycloak and RHBK documentation and could not find any of them mentioned about this flag.

But I am trying with this example.

kc.[sh|bat] start --spi-user-profile-declarative-user-profile-config-file=/tmp/my-default-user-profile.json

Thank you in advance!
