Bump keycloak to 26.3.2 - #270

Vi bruker interne-apier fra keycloak, og disse kan brekke uten forvarsel. I 26.3 gjorde de en endring på `order`, hvor den innebygde OIDCLoginProtocolFactory gikk fra order: 0, til order: 100. Våres custom factory ble derfor ikke lengre valgt. keycloak/keycloak@192c7be#diff-8a1f8b0101bc5e5f05de7bfdf1eec870e96deae11f15a9b6d816b7646879677eR554 KC-SERVICES0047: openid-connect (no.statkart.matrikkel.keycloak.realm.oidc.CustomOIDCLoginProtocolFactory) is implementing the internal SPI login-protocol.
