Let Members view removed entries in their collection history #562
Description
Part of #558.
Outcome
A Member can understand their current collection and see Species they previously kept. Removed entries are already retained, but the HTML collection page always excludes them while showing lifetime totals.
Acceptance criteria
- Add an owner-facing Current / History view (or equivalent explicit control); default to Current.
- History displays removed entries, clearly labels them as no longer kept, and shows recorded acquisition/removal dates where available. Do not invent dates for legacy rows.
- Current counts remain current-only; lifetime counts and the history view have clear, consistent meanings. Empty states explain each view.
- Enforce ownership and existing private-entry rules on the server, including manually supplied query parameters. Do not expand public history visibility or existing admin privileges as part of this issue.
- Reuse existing collection queries and soft-removal state. Viewing history must not restore entries or create registrations; restoration is outside this slice.
- Verify current/history results, removed private entries, foreign-member requests, empty history and counts, then check the owner flow on public staging with chikin-farm.
