Scripts broken by the catalogue rewrite #424
Description
From the review of #419. Their headers say they are deprecated; they are in fact unrunnable.
scripts/generate-test-data.ts,scripts/import-longo-submissions.ts,scripts/import-steve-matassa.tscallrecordName, which no longer exists.scripts/import-cares-iucn-data.tsreadsconfig.databaseFile; the key isconfig.database.file, so its own connection opensundefined. Pre-existing.scripts/sync-iucn-data.tscannot start undernpm run script: it imports../src/db/conn, which pulls@/aliases ts-node does not resolve, and importingconnopens and migrates the DB before argument parsing.
Either port each to the catalogue (src/species) and the alias-aware runner, or delete the ones nobody runs.

Triage decision:
scripts/generate-test-data.ts,scripts/import-longo-submissions.ts,scripts/import-steve-matassa.ts. These were one-off imports, and nothing outsidescripts/references them.scripts/import-cares-iucn-data.tsandscripts/sync-iucn-data.tsto the catalogue (src/species) and make them runnable undernpm run script:config.database.file, notconfig.databaseFile@/aliases, and parse arguments before anything opens or migrates the DBsrc/integrations/README.mdin step with the ported scriptsScripts: delete the one-off imports; port the IUCN two (#424)
Address review of #424: --species-id resyncs; tidy the ports

Reopened: the merge of #433 closed this, but the PR body says Part of. What's left is parsing arguments before the database opens (#432); type-checking scripts is #440.
