Summary

add separate /ui:native-ios and /ui:native-ipados official arms with shared SwiftUI craft and platform-specific overlays
bind each provisional arm to independent retained receipt/source evidence and immutable activation-policy fingerprints
fail closed on duplicate identities, policy/assurance tampering, cross-platform evidence, and false qualification claims
update runtime adapters, guide, knowledge routing, schemas, and README marketing

npm run typecheck, npm run lint, npm run build
built-binary init: 9/9
full suite after syncing current main: 232 files, 4,186 passed, 10 skipped, 0 failed
focused post-merge integration: 6 files, 89 passed
branch synced cleanly with concurrent PR feat: read design tells in any language, and keep the verdicts honest #235 before the final rerun
ui knowledge check: 0 findings
independent review: READY 9.5/10

both arms route as PROVISIONAL with QUALIFIED_DELIVERY_FORBIDDEN
owner acceptance, real-device, VoiceOver, and iPad keyboard/pointer/window witnesses remain pending
