What changed

  • split the Figma reconciliation core into parsing, coalescing, delta, and shared-type modules
  • preserve src/core/figma-reconcile.ts as the stable wildcard-export facade
  • add an AST-backed boundary regression test that rejects behavior creeping back into the facade

Why

The former 443-line module mixed four responsibilities and exceeded the project 200-line modularity rule. This keeps all public imports stable while making each owning module focused and independently testable.

Verification

  • npm test: 211 files passed; 3,705 passed, 10 skipped
  • npm run typecheck
  • npm run lint
  • npm run build
  • git diff --check
  • independent read-only review: no blockers
