P2: This diff adds a fresh corpus scan record for merlvintan/damn-vulnerable-llm-agent and recomputes the aggregates (total_scans 2→3, total_findings 9→11, last_refreshed→2026-07-26), but the PR description and its commit message state that both scan attempts failed and that "no new corpus entry added" and "Only change is data/scan-corpus-failures.json". The changed file and the declared intent contradict each other — confirm whether this scan-corpus.json entry (timestamped 2026-07-26, a different run than the 2026-08-02 failures) was meant to be in this PR; if not, the corpus is being silently mutated outside the declared scope.
