Brmlab TETRA listener.

This software is collection of tools which automates recieving and decoding
audio from TETRA downlink channels.

== build
  * clone this repository
  * update submodules

git submodule init
git submodule update

  * (download and) build
./build.sh

  * on armel (and probably other architectures) you have to remove -m32 from the codec makefile
