로컬 전체 테스트와 브라우저 중계가 메모리·CPU를 함께 사용해 Mac이 느려지는 문제를 줄입니다. 테스트·커버리지·CLI/MCP smoke는 공용 잠금으로 직렬 실행하고, Mac 워커를 1개로 제한합니다. 자원 관측 실패나 지속적인 메모리·CPU·브라우저 초과 시 소유 검사 그룹만 회수하고 실패로 종료합니다.
운영 브라우저와 공용 Codex 프로세스는 종료하지 않습니다. Native Mac CI도 같은 보호 실행기를 사용하며 세션 회수·운영 검증 직렬화 규칙을 문서에 추가했습니다.
검증: 전체 336파일/4,116테스트 및 커버리지 네 지표 100%, 린트·타입·포맷 통과. 이후 리뷰 수정은 Python 회귀 12건과 Vitest 실행으로 재검증했습니다. 중복 잠금, 임계값, 관측 실패, Linux Chrome 자식 제외, 중단·정상 종료 후 소유 그룹 회수를 확인했습니다.
