+전체 CI·커버리지는 `force-cloud: true`로 GitHub 호스팅 Ubuntu에서 실행한다. 운영 중계와 같은 Mac에서 수천 개의 테스트를 실행하지 않는다. Swift 실행과 Mac 운영 도구의 회귀는 별도 `Native Mac helpers` 작업에서 단일 worker로 검사하며, 기존 신뢰된 로컬 러너 선택 및 오프라인 시 GitHub 호스팅 Mac 전환을 유지한다.
