시작 실패 뒤 감시자와 브라우저가 사라져도 launching 마커가 남으면 자동 복구가 영구 차단되는 문제를 수정합니다. 기존 소유권 보호를 유지하면서 두 번의 프로세스·실행 환경 관측과 파일 정체 검증 후에만 기록을 보존 이동합니다. 불확실한 프로세스는 종료하지 않습니다.
회귀 테스트부터 추가해 cloud에서 실패를 재현한 뒤 구현과 전체 검증을 진행합니다. 운영 Mac의 자원 보호기가 브라우저 3개를 관측해 로컬 검사를 거절했으므로 우회하지 않습니다.
