Move cc-sdd development and CI installs to pnpm 12.4.2 with a frozen imported lockfile. Preserve all 93 npm-locked dependency versions and explicitly allow esbuild's existing install script.
The release workflow keeps Node 24 with
check-latest: true, npm registry configuration, OIDC permissions, andnpm publish. End-user npm/npx instructions, package contents, CLI behavior, and the npm-compatible prepare script stay unchanged.
