This is roughly an import from the experimental package that is hosted on onnx-go.
I changed the API to expose a simple
UnmarshalONNXfunction. This may change.I cannot test it yet, because, as of today, the v0.10.0 branch does not compile.
Note: this PR imports new files but do not impact the existing code of the v0.10 branch.
