docs(specs): drop min task run --keep from spec 28 - #3063
Spec 28 still described min task run --keep: in its context paragraph, as a BCLI-042 hidden alias ("task run --keep maps to task run, which ignores --keep"), and in the old-spellings design note. The architecture has no --keep, and BOX T43 (#2405, PR #2999) removes the flag outright, so this drops all three mentions. BCLI-042 keeps its task run --path <dir> alias.
Updated the CLI specification to remove --keep from the min task run description and migration examples. Other alias mappings and behavior remain unchanged.
The architecture has no --keep: min task run runs an entry to completion
as a fresh instance, and BOX-038 keeps every box's record. T43 (#2405)
removes the flag outright, so spec 28 no longer lists it as a BCLI-042
alias or as a spelling users have today.
