Summary

Moves the pkgs locked_commit from bd1feab5 (2026-10-26) to fe10f54c (pkgs main, 2026-10-27). This is a fast-forward on pkgs main.

The change that matters is in the guest rootfs (gominimal/pkgs#1109):

  • brotli-libs 1.2.0-r1 → 1.2.1-r0: CVE-2026-111497, a critical decoder buffer overflow. libcurl links libbrotlidec, so a malicious git server can reach it.
  • libcurl 8.22.0-r0 → 8.23.0-r0: the curl CVEs in Alpine's 8.23.0-r0 secfixes.

The rest of the range is package version bumps that this repo's minimal.toml does not name: grafana, patch, wrangler, stlink, redis, nats-server, lerna, hunk and cloudflared.

Follow-up

Once this merges, cherry-pick it onto release/0.7.0 for the 0.7.2 release, as #2638 did for #2637.
