fix(minimald): record dynamic-listen ports in the shared-port election - #2305

Conversation
A port the listen watcher published dynamically (NET-016) was invisible to the shared-port election: own_holders was filled only from declared publishes, so a declared ingress on a port another box's process was already serving failed every exec and never bound on hand-over. The watcher now records each settled dynamic port as held by the box's session id at its published address (record_dynamic_hold) and releases it at close (release_dynamic_hold), reusing the declared holders' election: a declared publish of the port collides and yields, the close hands it to the earliest-created declared publisher, and the unpublish sweep clears the destroyed box's dynamic holds too. 🟡 Minor · Record the dynamic hold when the audit retry re-admits a standing… · listeners.rs:1720-1749

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winRecord the dynamic hold when the audit retry re-admits a standing forward.
There are two ways a listen-published port starts serving:
- The normal publish path calls
self.plan.record_dynamic_hold(port)at Line 2030.- The
unrecordedre-admit branch does not.The re-admit branch runs when the forward is still bound and the audit log finally accepts the
Publishedrecord. It admits the port, lists it, and returnsAppearance::Settled, but it never records the hold. How this goes wrong:
- A publish binds the forward, but the audit write fails.
unpublish_unauditedruns before any hold is recorded.- The unexpose in that unwind also fails, so the forward stays bound with its
unrecordedmark.- A later poll writes the record and re-admits the forward through this branch.
From then on, the box serves
published:portwith no holder of record inown_holders. A declared publisher of the same port at the shared address sees no holder, so it does not yield. Its attach then tries to bind a forward over the one this box serves. When this listener later closes,
release_dynamic_holdfinds no holder that names this box. Nothing breaks there, but the hold never covered the time the port was in service.Record the hold in this branch the same way the normal publish path does.

Addressed CodeRabbit's outside-diff finding (listeners.rs re-admit branch): bae898e records the dynamic hold when an unaudited standing forward is re-admitted, with |
… hold An unaudited forward whose unwind's unexpose failed still occupies the box's published address:port, so it now records its dynamic hold; the close that brings it down releases it. Adds watcher-level tests for the fresh publish's record, the listener close's hand-over and the stop path's hand-over, restates the own_holders invariant for dynamic holds, and justifies the too_many_arguments lint with expect.

Defect
A port the listen watcher published dynamically (NET-016) was invisible
to the shared-port election:
own_holderswas filled only from declaredpublishes, so a declared ingress on a port another box's process was
already serving failed every exec, and never bound on hand-over.
Fix
The watcher records each settled dynamic port as held by the box's
session id at its published address (
record_dynamic_hold) andreleases it at close (
release_dynamic_hold), reusing the declaredholders' election: a declared publish of the port now collides and
yields, the close hands the port to the earliest-created declared
publisher, and the unpublish sweep clears the destroyed box's dynamic
holds too.
Verification
cargo fmt --all --check --manifest-path target/Cargo.toml— passcargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --locked --manifest-path target/Cargo.toml -- -D warnings— pass, no warningscargo test --locked --manifest-path target/Cargo.toml -p minimald— 1002 passed, 11 failed; the 11 failures are identical on unmodifiedmain(999 passed, 11 failed) and pass in isolation, so they are pre-existing suite-level log-capture flakiness, not caused by this change. All 3 new tests pass.Note: the live VM/daemon behavior of a running box is not hostable in
this sandbox; the proof is unit-level, against the registry's election
semantics the watcher and unpublish drive.
