fix(minimal): guard oversized exec commands before ssh - #1964
Conversation
`min session exec` handed the encoded command straight to ssh. A command near Linux's MAX_ARG_STRLEN (128 KiB) failed with E2BIG on the box, and one larger still exceeded the SSH transport's packet limit and tore the connection down, surfacing as ssh's rc 255. Refuse the command client-side before ssh is contacted: encode it, bail when it exceeds 128 KiB, and point large data at stdin or a file under /workbench. The failure now exits 1 with a clear message instead of dropping the connection. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Run the size guard first in cmd_exec so an oversized command never autospawns a VM or masks the size error behind a session lookup. Report the encoded size in bytes so the boundary message is not contradictory, and document why the limit covers the whole wire for both forms.
