fix(minimald): publish runtime exposures for self-allocated native boxes - #1884
Conversation
A box that allocates its own address on a native host carries no box_addresses in its record, so min net expose inside it was always refused, even under dynamic_ingress = allow. The session actor now falls back to what the hostname registry holds for the session when nothing was handed: the address the box published at (design 7.1, where its declared ports bind and its name answers) and the lease its running PTask reported, which the declared forwards deliver to. The registry gains a narrow own_lease accessor for the second half. A box with neither still answers the typed "no published address" refusal, distinct from a policy deny.

A runtime publish delivers to the lease of the spawn that was running when it was made, and leases are per-spawn. The declared forwards come down with the spawn's guard and the next spawn publishes them again, so runtime forwards now follow that path: the session actor and every spawn's guard share one runtime-ingress cell (through the launch's OwnAddressReporter), the guard's teardown unbinds the runtime forwards beside the declared ones, and the box refuses new publishes until the next spawn attaches. A publish racing a teardown is unbound rather than recorded. The missing-address refusal is split so the box says which half is missing: NoPublishedAddress for a box with nothing published (a capability gap), and a new NotAttached for a box with no lease yet or whose spawn has ended (start the box and try again).

Summary
On a native (un-enrolled) host, a box that allocates its own address has no
box_addressesin its record. Because of that, min net exposeinside it was always refused with the typed "no published address" error, even underdynamic_ingress = allow(#1870). The 8000 decision and publish path came from T53 (#1865).When nothing was handed, the session actor now reads the address pair from the hostname registry's entry for its session (design §7.1):
published_own_address). This is where its declared ports bind and where its name answers. The runtime publish then sends the same expose request as a declared mapping at that pair. The lease is only a delivery target. Forwards are never looked up by it, and it is read per session from the registry, never from
SwitchClient::leases().Respawn. Declared forwards are torn down by the spawn's
OwnIpGuardteardown when the host exits (session_host.rs,net_guard.teardown()), and the next spawn publishes them again on its new lease. A native box does respawn: when an attach finds the host loop closed, it mints a new host (HostAttachError::ClosedinSession::attach). Runtime forwards now take the same path. The session actor and every spawn's guard share one runtime-ingress cell, passed through the launch'sOwnAddressReporter. The guard's teardown unbinds the runtime forwards beside the declared ones and marks the box detached, and the next attach's lease report clears that mark. A publish that races a teardown is unbound instead of recorded. Nothing outlives the lease it delivers to, and the box re-runsmin net exposeafter a restart.Refusals. The missing-address refusal is split so the message says which half is missing:
NoPublishedAddress: nothing is published for the box. This is a capability gap.NotAttached(new): there is no lease yet, or the spawn has ended. The message tells the user to start the box and try again.Neither refusal reuses the deny refusal.
Changes
crates/minimald/src/net/dns.rs: addsHostnameRegistry::own_lease(session_id), a narrow read accessor for the lease the registry already keeps per session.crates/minimald/src/net/provider.rs: adds theRuntimeIngresscell andLiveIngressForward, which moved here fromsession.rs.OwnAddressReportercarries the cell, and its lease report marks the box attached.crates/minimald/src/net/gvproxy_network.rs:OwnIpGuardholds the cell, and its teardown unbinds the runtime forwards with the declared ones before detaching from the switch.crates/minimald/src/net/policy.rs: addsExposeRefusal::NotAttachedand clarifies the docs forNoPublishedAddress.crates/minimald/src/session.rs: on thebox_addresses: Nonepath, publishes at the registry's pair. RefusesNoPublishedAddressorNotAttachedaccording to which half is missing. Records each publish through the shared cell and hands the cell to the launch's reporter.crates/minimald/src/session/tests.rs,net/gvproxy_network.rstests: see Tests below. No e2e case was added. The CLI cannot create a box with
dynamic_ingress = allowtoday (min session createalways sendsdynamic_ingress: None), andscripts/session-e2e.shhas no T53 expose case to extend. A CLI-level proof needs that create surface first, which is follow-up work.Tests

PASSnet::gvproxy_network::tests::runtime_forwards_come_down_with_the_spawn_they_deliver_to(new): a runtime forward delivering to the first spawn's lease is unbound by that spawn's teardown, and the box is detached.
