fix(minimal): pass declared task args through to evaluation - #1770
Conversation
Task runs sent `ExecRequest::TaskRun` with no argument payload, and the
daemon dispatch built `TaskExec { args: None, .. }` unconditionally. A
task using `%{arg}` therefore never saw its declared args, failing even
when every arg had a default.
Carry the client's argv on the wire as a JSON array after the task name
(legacy bare form still parses as empty), and parse it against the
task's `args` schema in `task_producer`, where the schema is first
available. An empty argv still parses, applying the task's defaults.

Argument-free requests retain the legacy wire format. The daemon parses arguments against each task’s declared schema. ChangesTask-run arguments

…run-args-5db6f04358e873eb
Add a handle_exec test that runs a task declaring a defaulted arg with no args, with --name, and with an undeclared flag. Name the task in the args usage error (min task run <task>), add CLI parse tests for flag pass-through and the -- separator, and document min task run args.
