fix: show a download meter when adding packages in a sandbox - #1582

Conversation
In-session min add only printed a static "fetching" line while bytes downloaded. Paint the existing fetch progress as a bar the in-sandbox helper redraws in place. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
Clear the meter instead of leaving its last frame in scrollback, keep finished downloads in the totals so the fill never moves backwards, scope an add's meter to the packages it installs, re-read the terminal width per paint, and paint the same meter for in-box min build.

Suggested reviewers: Merge Risk: 🔵 Low · up to Sandbox add and build commands now show a download and build progress line. The remaining issues are cosmetic. The meter can show misleading percentages or byte counts for some download sequences. On unusual or very narrow terminals it can leave a partial line on screen. Installs and builds still complete. These are small fixes that can be made before or shortly after merge. 🚥 Pre-merge checks | ✅ 4 | ❌ 1❌ Failed checks (1 warning)

MEDIUM · correctness · confidence 0.72 · in format_fetches
A completed download with an unknown length suppresses the meter bar for every concurrent known-length download, for the rest of the run. self.fetches is never pruned, and format_fetches folds the length over all fetches (self.fetches.values()), so the try_fold short-circuits to None the moment any single fetch — live OR finished — has len == None. A chunked fetch (no Content-Length) leaves len = None permanently in its Fetch entry after it finishes, so once one such download completes, every subsequent live fetch in the same min add renders as Fetch <name> <bytes> with no [===...] bar, even though its own length is known. The comment on lines 202-204 justifies suppressing the bar for a live unknown-length fetch (you cannot draw a total), but a completed one should not keep poisoning the meter. Suggest dropping completed fetches from the length sum once they are no longer live, or skipping len == None entries that are already finished.

Finding:
A completed download with an unknown length suppresses the meter bar for every concurrent known-length download, for the rest of the run. `self.fetches` is never pruned, and `format_fetches` folds the length over all fetches (`self.fetches.values()`), so the `try_fold` short-circuits to `None` the moment any single fetch — live OR finished — has `len == None`. A chunked fetch (no Content-Length) leaves `len = None` permanently in its `Fetch` entry after it finishes, so once one such download completes, every subsequent live fetch in the same `min add` renders as `Fetch <name> <bytes>` with no `[===...]` bar, even though its own length is known. The comment on lines 202-204 justifies suppressing the bar for a *live* unknown-length fetch (you cannot draw a total), but a *completed* one should not keep poisoning the meter. Suggest dropping completed fetches from the length sum once they are no longer live, or skipping `len == None` entries that are already finished.
First verify this against the code yourself. It is model output and
may be wrong. If it is wrong, or the tradeoff was deliberate, say so
and change nothing.

Summary
In-session
min addprinted a staticfetching <pkg>line per package and nothing while the bytes downloaded. The in-sandbox helper path (SessionChannel::install→/run/minenv_sock→env_min_helper.sh) only ever carried one-shotmsg:lines, so it could not animate. This adds a
bar:line to that protocol, painted from the byte progress the sessionOpTrackeralready records:bar:clears the row.bar:in place on a TTY, clears it before anymsg:/error:and at exit (no stale partial frame left in scrollback), and drops it when stdout is a pipe or log. Width is re-read per paint so a resize does not wrap the row.min add's meter is scoped to the added packages and their build/runtime closure, so a task building in another shell on the same session does not take it over.FetchSource/FetchIndexname no package and remain unscoped.min buildgets the same meter via the sharedsandbox_progress::relay.Testing
