BCLI/BPA: own and schedule min box sync|port|add, min host and min provider verbs #2868
The Box Provider API spec (chore: moved box provider api specs to minimal #2667, docs/specs/31-spec-box-provider) defines the provider operations under the host and provider verbs. It names the CLI spec for their grammar, for example the min host rm prompt.
So each spec points at the other, and no plan creates tasks for these verbs.
What this issue needs
Decide which spec owns each verb's requirements: BCLI (28), BPA (31), or a new spec. The default is that BCLI owns the grammar, the hints and the exit codes, and BPA owns the operation each verb calls.
Add the requirements to that spec.
Plan the tasks under that spec's epic.
When the owner is decided, the BCLI open question can cite this issue and close.
