Open question: a box-supplied trace context as a link, not a parent #2038
Description
TEL-025 makes a min inside a box continue the trace from the box's TRACEPARENT. A box controls that value, so
it can attach daemon work to another trace. Daemon spans now carry the host-side box identity (TEL-048). Decide
whether box-supplied contexts should be recorded as span links rather than parents (inbox#678 S16 is affected too).
