GitHub regenerated the slang archive used by sv-lang@10.0.1-20260316-f04e8156, so it no longer matches its BCR integrity and uncached fetches fail. Nightly Ubuntu has been failing since 2026-10-25 (e.g. https://github.com/google/xls/actions/runs/41594150028).
This redirects only that archive to the BCR mirror, which still has the original.
