Now, we have a method to generate all valid subchains within a given collapse select chain. This will be used to identify tradeoffs between multiple valid profitable transformations. There is also a new class that acts like a view into collapse select subchains of various lengths. DetermineBestSelectSubchain has been updated to use this new method. PiperOrigin-RevId: 1012468504

Now, we have a method to generate all valid subchains within a given collapse select chain. This will be used to identify tradeoffs between multiple valid profitable transformations. There is also a new class that acts like a view into collapse select subchains of various lengths.
