Point the retired beta feed at the public 2.2.1 build Dictation shipped publicly in 2.0, so the beta channel lost its reason to exist and has sat on 1.8.2 since 10.9. Anyone still on a 1.8.2 beta build was stranded there. Offering the public 2.2.1 item moves them onto the public build, whose own feed is appcast.xml.
