Cuts the README from about 340 lines to about 100: the headline benefits become a big-number card right under the install, features a 9-card grid, who-it-is-for and the honest weak spot get their own cards, the command list is a cheat-sheet image. All tables moved: reference (commands, options, presets, privacy, band legend) is in OPTIONS.md, benchmark detail stays in benchmarks/README.md. New images are generated from the benchmark results by assets/src/make.mjs. No numbers changed.
